the medium room was clean and had a modern bathroom. the shower worked great, so did the air conditioning and tv. i found good cupboard space with tables and chairs. the staff were friendly and efficient.
the bar had irregular opening hours.

the hotel lobby is spacious. the facilities staffs are courteous and helpful. the location worked well for access to that part of the city. the medium room included a clean, modern bathroom. the air conditioning, lighting, refrigerator, flat screen tv, and room safe functioned properly.

the hotel's location is near the beach. it is a quiet street, though. it is easy to walk to the outlet centre, big c, and night market from here because of its proximity to many attractions.

the hotel has two beautiful pools. there is a poolside bar on site. a beautiful courtyard includes a pool surrounded by frangipani trees, nice to see. the pool was clean.

there is no restaurant in the hotel itself. they order in from local restaurants for guest that are interested, so guests can still eat at the hotel. this was not a problem, as i ate out most days.

Underwhelming Stay with Noticeable Issues

I found the room quite dated. The lighting was poor. I also had issues with the air conditioning. It was positioned poorly. Only those at the foot of the bed received any cool air. It felt more like a budget hotel from decades ago.
